Join me for a coffee and a discussion about how to deal with stress in a postive way so that you sleep better at night.
Now I believeĀ sleep is the normal renewal function of our bodies and minds then not getting enough of the right sort of sleep can have profound effects on how we function in our daily lives. Simple every day things we do can become real chores to us as we no longer have the stamina to carry them out. Some people have failed to deal to deal with their stress so much so that it now effects their abiltiy to sleep and just leaving the house is very difficult for them.
